Position: Helpdesk Technician
Job Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Principal: SAMAMA CO.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the help desk for the royal commission medical center.
2. Support the maintenance of computers and computer systems through an automated work order system.
3. Support the functional user assistance center (help desk). train the staff on help desk procedures.
4. Respond to trouble calls submitted activities communicated thru telephone.
5. Enter and route problems to the proper section through an automated work order system, track problem resolution.
6. Follow up on problems and provide status to users document all problem solutions.
7. Prepare statistics and reports for the it manager or users support section.
8. Perform the other assigned mission-related tasks.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate.
2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. With Good Communication Skills.
